She is SVP, Global Sustainability & Citizenship Officer at Kyndryl, where she leads environmental, social and governance programs across 60 countries, and serves on the board of CMC Energy Services.

Faith Louise Taylor has spent more than two decades building things that did not exist before she arrived. Policies, strategies, councils, reporting frameworks, and decarbonization plans have all started as a blank page in front of her. For Faith, that is not a burden. It is the most interesting part of the work.
Building from zero requires a particular discipline: getting the strategy right, then getting it adopted by people who have competing priorities and full calendars. Faith has done this across hospitality, technology, manufacturing, and higher education, embedding environmental and social goals into procurement, operations, finance, and business services so they hold long after the launch announcement. Her programs are designed to be operated, not admired, which is why they continue to deliver measurable results across supply chains, energy use, community investment, and workforce development.

Faith Louise Taylor brings a practitioner’s clarity to boardrooms and executive teams navigating sustainability, governance, and social impact. She has sat on both sides of the table, presenting to boards and serving on them, and she understands what directors need in order to make a decision rather than defer one. Her counsel connects regulatory reality with commercial ambition, translating frameworks such as CSRD, ISSB, and human rights policies into plans that leaders can fund, staff, and measure.
That advisory work extends beyond the corporate sector. Faith partners with nonprofit leaders and foundations on program design, partnership strategy, and impact measurement, applying the same rigor she brings to enterprise transformation. Faith Louise Taylor’s Story
Faith Louise Taylor was born in Japan to a Japanese mother and a Black father, an origin that gave her an early and lasting understanding of what it means to move between worlds. That perspective shaped a career built on resilience and on advocating for the advancement of women and all people of color.
Faith holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Psychology from Stanford University and an MBA from The Wharton School. Alongside her executive work, she has taught at university level and co-founded a center focused on combating global human trafficking. Creativity remains a constant in her life, including music and performing alongside her daughter, a reminder that the qualities that make someone a good leader and the qualities that make someone good company are rarely different qualities.
